Context
The M-future project is the result of a collaboration with a Liceu violinist who discovered an underexploited market niche during the COVID-19 pandemic: a platform offering specialized courses in classical music. After reaching out to several professionals in the industry and recording courses with them, he contacted me to design the platform from which they could be viewed.
Challenge
The project had a clear idea of what it wanted to achieve and the target audience it aimed to reach, but there was no defined way to do so. Several market studies were conducted, and discussions were held about shaping the business model. Additionally, efforts were made not only to advertise but also to encourage interaction with the community and facilitate the platform's growth.
Solution
The final result was an e-learning platform with a subscription model providing full access to all courses, along with the option for one-time purchases of specific courses. On the other hand, we fostered engagement with the community through a social media campaign and a blog integrated within the platform.
